For clients or agents who need professional direction before listing. It includes:

In-person walk-through of key areas to assess layout, lighting, and flow

Recommendations for what to edit, remove, or adjust before listing

Suggestions for small updates or rental pieces as needed

Follow-up notes with clear action steps. This does not include a full design plan, sourcing, or hands-on styling

Fee is credited toward any staging plan booked within 30 days

Photo-Ready Refresh

For fully furnished homes that need fine-tuning with light edits and styling before photos or showings.
Includes:

Hands-on styling using client’s existing furniture and décor for a clean, cohesive look

Light decluttering and layout tweaks

Sourcing and styling of accessories and finishing touches (some items may be rented from LoulouNiche or recommended from vendors for purchase/rental)
